Draft for owner review

Terms of service

A plain-language working draft for operating the KeyVault service.

Last updated July 12, 2026Not legal advice
Publication check required

This is a working product draft. The owner should have qualified counsel review it and add the final business identity, jurisdiction, and contact details before launch.

01

Using KeyVault

KeyVault is intended to organize product-key inventory and deliver keys through configured product endpoints. You must use the service only for inventory and software or digital goods that you are authorized to sell or distribute.

The owner may change, suspend, or discontinue development features before the public launch. A production version should state the final service operator and jurisdiction here.

02

Accounts and Discord identity

Sign-in uses Discord OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for actions taken through a valid KeyVault browser session associated with that identity.

Panel access may be granted or revoked by an inventory owner. A role never transfers ownership of another user’s inventory.

03

Access periods and billing

KeyVault supports monthly, yearly, lifetime, and redeemable-key access. When checkout is enabled, the displayed Stripe price and checkout terms govern the purchase; the operator must publish applicable refund, tax, cancellation, and renewal terms before accepting public payments.

Cryptocurrency checkout is not available in production until the operator selects and configures a real payment provider. The deterministic local payment flow is for development and testing only.

04

Inventory and delivery responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and availability of keys you upload, the products and variants you configure, and every external selling platform connected to a delivery endpoint.

Treat delivery URLs, API secrets, and revealed inventory keys as sensitive. Do not publish them or share them with people who do not need access.

05

Prohibited activity

Do not upload stolen or unauthorized keys, bypass access controls, probe another user’s resources, interfere with delivery, distribute malware, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Automated traffic must respect documented limits and may not be used to exhaust inventory or degrade the service.

06

Suspension, warranties, and contact

The production terms should define suspension and termination rights, data export or deletion windows, service warranties, liability limits, dispute handling, and how material changes will be communicated.

The owner must add a monitored legal contact address and the full business identity before publishing this page.
